I was interviewed this morning by anchor Bryan Curtis on Hong Kong’s RTHK 3 radio “Money For Nothing” programme. The topic was IPOs, with a focus on the Facebook flotation on NASDAQ, the aborted Graff Diamonds IPO in Hong Kong – and market conditions generally.

The other participants on the programme were Martin Hennecke, Associate Director of the Tyche Group, and Ruchir Sharma, Head of the Global Emerging Markets Equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, who talked about the main themes in his new bestseller, “Breakout Nations: In Pursuit of the Next Economic Miracles”.

I was later interviewed by presenter Linda Duffin on the BBC World Service‘s “The World Today” show, one of their top news programmes. I discussed the Formula One IPO in Singapore (whose launch has just been delayed), as well as other IPOs in the region.
